Privacy policy
SOLDI Media · effective 9 October 2026
Who this covers
SOLDI Media runs private publishing software for its own YouTube channels and TikTok accounts. The software is used only by us, on channels we own. It is not a public service and no one else signs in to it.
What the software accesses
When we connect one of our own channels, Google asks us to allow these permissions, and the software uses them only as described:
- Upload videos (youtube.upload): to publish videos we made to that channel.
- View the channel (youtube.readonly): to confirm the channel and read its own video list and details.
- View the channel's analytics (yt-analytics.readonly): to read that channel's own views, watch time and subscriber numbers so we can decide what to make next.
It does not read, collect or store information about viewers, commenters or any other channel.
TikTok
When we connect one of our own TikTok accounts, TikTok asks us to allow these permissions, and the software uses them only as described:
- Basic profile (user.info.basic): to confirm which of our accounts was connected.
- Upload videos (video.upload): to send a video we made to that account's TikTok inbox as a draft, where we finish and post it ourselves in the TikTok app.
- Publish videos (video.publish), only if we turn it on: to post a video we made directly to that account.
It does not read, collect or store information about viewers, commenters or any other account. Access can be removed at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.
What we store, and where
A sign-in token for each connected channel or account, and that account's own statistics are stored on our own computer, protected by file permissions. We do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Channel statistics are kept only as long as they help us run the channel. If a connection is removed, we delete its token and any data for that account within 7 days.
Removing access
Access can be removed at any time from the Google account's security settings: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
YouTube, Google and TikTok
This software uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. TikTok's is described in the TikTok Privacy Policy.
